Do the products come with a warranty?

At Aline3D, we take pride in designing and manufacturing high-quality 3D-printed products. Every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All Aline3D products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use.

What’s covered?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects under normal use
  • Products that fail due to a defect in workmanship

If your product qualifies for warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What’s not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by modifications or repairs performed by someone other than Aline3D
  • Damage resulting from exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or other unsuitable conditions

Because our products are 3D printed, very small cosmetic layer lines or minor surface imperfections are a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

14-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The adapters must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original parts should be included.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
