What isn’t covered by the warranty?
Our warranty covers defects and damage caused by faults in the product or the manufacturing process. However, some types of damage are considered normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage and are therefore not covered.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Small imperfections in the surface of 3D-printed products, such as minor layer lines, small marks, or slight differences in appearance. These are a normal part of the 3D-printing process.
- Damage caused by incorrect use, installation, or assembly of the product.
- Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose or beyond the specified weight limits.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, or unsuitable cleaning products.
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations made to the product.
- Accidental damage, such as damage caused by dropping, breaking, or otherwise mishandling the product.
If you’re unsure whether a problem with your product is covered by the warranty, please contact us before returning it. Send us an email with a description of the problem and, if possible, a clear photo of the product and the damage. We’ll be happy to take a look and let you know what we can do.
