Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in good condition.
  • Be returned in their original condition whenever possible.

Please include a note inside the package containing the full name that appears on the invoice. This helps us identify your order and process your return more quickly.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received.
  • It may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Other Refund Requests

In certain circumstances, refunds may also be granted outside of the standard return period or without a return. If you believe your situation requires special consideration, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss the available options.

Exceptions for Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal and the standard 14-day return period do not apply to products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customized 3D-printed products.
  • Products made according to specific dimensions or requirements provided by the customer.
  • Personalized items containing names, text, logos, or other custom features.

These products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with a custom-made or personalized product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds or replacements for custom-made products may be granted at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your order details.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A replacement product.
  • A repair.
  • A partial refund.
  • A full refund.

If a return is required because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper or incorrect installation.
  • Misuse or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.
  • Modifications made by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage occurring after delivery.

Products that have been damaged as a result of improper installation or misuse may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.
