We use Mollie to process our payments. Sensitive payment details are handled through Mollie\u2019s payment integration and are not stored by Aline3D.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How does payment processing work?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When you place an order, you select one of the payment methods available at checkout. Mollie processes your payment through the selected method and communicates the payment status to our store so your order can be updated.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the payment method, you may complete your payment through Mollie\u2019s checkout, your bank, or another payment provider.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How are my payment details protected?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mollie is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. This security standard covers the handling and protection of payment card data. You can learn more on Mollie\u2019s security page<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Depending on your payment method, your bank or payment provider may also ask you to confirm and\/or verify the payment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Does Aline3D store my payment details?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

No. We do not store sensitive payment details, such as your full card number, card security code, or online banking login credentials.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Your order information and payment status are separate from these sensitive details and are used to manage your purchase.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mollie provides insight in the payment methods used and the necessary information to refund your order, when needed. We explicitly do not store this information in any of our systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I have a payment problem?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If a payment fails, follow the instructions shown at checkout. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, check with your bank or payment provider before trying again.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you need help or are not sure if your payment has gone through, contact us<\/a> with your order number and a description of the issue.
