You can check your order status in My Account<\/a><\/strong> or review the order emails we send to the email address you used at checkout.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you placed your order using a customer account:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to My Account<\/strong> on our website and sign in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Orders<\/strong> to see your order history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find your order and check its current status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select View<\/strong> to open the order details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Make sure you sign in to the account you used when placing your order.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    What if I checked out as a guest?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If you placed your order without signing in, check your order confirmation email and any subsequent order emails.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If you need an update, contact our support team with your order number<\/strong> and the email address you used at checkout<\/strong>. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    We send an order confirmation email after you place your order. It contains your order number and purchase details. Check your latest order email for any updates we have sent.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for Aline3D<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Your confirmation email records your purchase. It does not mean your order has already been shipped or delivered.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    What does my order status mean?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Pending payment<\/strong><\/td>Your order has been received, but payment has not yet been confirmed.<\/td><\/tr>
    On hold<\/strong><\/td>Your order is awaiting payment confirmation or review.<\/td><\/tr>
    Processing<\/strong><\/td>Your payment has been received, and your order is awaiting fulfilment.<\/td><\/tr>
    Completed<\/strong><\/td>Your order has been marked as fulfilled. This status does not confirm delivery.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cancelled<\/strong><\/td>Your order has been cancelled.<\/td><\/tr>
    Refunded<\/strong><\/td>Your order has been marked as fully refunded.<\/td><\/tr>
    Failed<\/strong><\/td>Your payment failed or was declined.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Why is my order still processing?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Processing<\/strong> means your payment has been received, but your order has not been send out to our shipping partner. This can take 3 to 5 business days.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If your order is taking longer than the processing time, you can contact us<\/a> to get an update on your order. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
