However, some types of damage are considered normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage and are therefore not covered.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-aaa195b\" data-block-id=\"aaa195b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The following are <strong>not covered by the warranty<\/strong>:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Normal wear and tear<\/strong> from regular use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Small imperfections in the surface<\/strong> of 3D-printed products, such as minor layer lines, small marks, or slight differences in appearance. These are a normal part of the 3D-printing process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damage caused by incorrect use<\/strong>, installation, or assembly of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose<\/strong> or beyond the specified weight limits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, or unsuitable cleaning products.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damage caused by modifications or alterations<\/strong> made to the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accidental damage<\/strong>, such as damage caused by dropping, breaking, or otherwise mishandling the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-86e1e5f\" data-block-id=\"86e1e5f\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If you&#8217;re unsure whether a problem with your product is covered by the warranty, please <a href=\"https:\/\/aline3d.nl\/nl\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"381\">contact us<\/a> before returning it. Send us an email with a description of the problem and, if possible, a clear photo of the product and the damage.
